The official broadcaster of the ICC World Cup 2023, STAR SPORTS mentioned players from to watch out for in the upcoming World Cup 2023.
A total of 11 players are selected by Star Sports from different teams that are featuring in the ICC World Cup 2023.
In addition to that, the eleven players are picked from five teams and those teams includes India, Pakistan, South Africa, England, and Afghanistan.
STAR SPORTS NAMES PLAYERS TO WATCH OUT FOR IN THE WORLD CUP:
Star Sports named six players from Indian team, two players from Pakistan team, and one each from Afghanistan, England, and South Africa.
The top three players in the team which are picked by Star Sports are Shubman Gill, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli. The top order is followed by the Pakistani skipper, Babar Azam. The middle order of the team includes the South African WK-batsman, Heinrich Klassen, and English captain, Joss Buttler.
Secondly, the bowling attack consists of five bowlers which features three pacers and two spinners. Shaheen Shah Afridi, Jasprit Bumrah, and again and Indian, Hardik Pandya is selected as pacer-bowling all-rounder, followed by Rashid Khan, and Kuldeep Yadav as front-line spinners.
Furthermore, It is worth mentioning that no players were included in the list from teams like Netherlands, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Bangladesh, and Australia.
