Asia Cup 2023: Nepal Team Reached Karachi To Participate In The Asia Cup 2023
Nepal Cricket Team has reached Karachi, Pakistan to participate in the Asia Cup 2023 as some of the group stage matches will be played in Pakistan.
The cricket team of Nepal landed in Pakistan at Karachi Airport, and in high security, the team has taken to the hotel. The Nepal cricket team will start their practice for the Asia Cup 2023 matches at National Bank Cricket Arena, Karachi.
NEPAL ASIA CUP 2023 SCHEDULE:
The team will travel to Multan after some days to face Pakistan in the group stage of Asia Cup 2023 on 30 AUGUST, 2023. The match of Nepal against Pakistan will be the tournament opener and Nepal will play their second group stage match against India in Srilanka on 4 SEPTEMBER, 2023.
Nepal is placed in the group that includes Pakistan, and India and they will play their two group-stage matches against Pakistan and India in the Asia Cup 2023.
Nepal Cricket Team will start their Asia Cup 2023 campaign with their group stage match against Pakistan, which will be played at the Multan Cricket Stadium, Multan.
ASIA CUP 2023 MATCHES IN PAKISTAN:
The 2023 Asia Cup will be played as per the proposed Hybrid Model and according to that model, the matches of the Asia Cup 2023 are scheduled to be played in Pakistan and Sri Lanka respectively.
Pakistan will host four matches in the Asia Cup 2023. Three matches of the group stage and one match of the Super 4 round in the Asia Cup 2023 and those four matches that will be played in Pakistan are as follows;

The squad of the Nepal team that will feature in the Asia Cup 2023 includes, Rohit Paudel, Dipendra Singh, Pratis GC, Asif Sheikh, Kushal Malla, Arif Sheikh, Gulshan Jha, Bhin Sharki, Lalit Rajabanshi, Sompal Kami, Sandeep Lamichhane, Kishor Mahato, Sundeep Jora, Arjun Saud, and Shyam Dhakal.
The ACC Asia Cup 2023 tournament will be played as per the Hybrid Model and the tournament is scheduled to be played from 30 AUGUST, 2023 – 17 SEPTEMBER, 2023.
