Azam Khan is a wk-batsman same as his dad who was also a former wicket-keeper batsman of the Pakistan team, Moin Khan. Azam Khan made his domestic debut way back in 2018, and after that he was drafted into the Pakistan Super League by Quetta Gladiators, so one year after his List-A debut he played his first match of T20 cricket that too in PSL, his father Moin Khan was the head coach of the Quetta Gladiators at that time.

For me Azam after these performances should walk straight into Pakistan T20 Team as we have no players who can match his consistency and power in Pakistan right now, players like Iftikhar Ahmed, Hussain Talat, etc were a flop show in PSL 2023 so Pakistan should look for future now and prefer someone who is equally good vs both pace and spin, and we don’t know how he will perform in the international arena but he definitely deserves a chance now in Pakistan team.
