SHAHEEN SHAH’S INTERVIEW ABOUT BABAR AND RIZWAN:
Shaheen Shah Afridi, the premium left-handed Pakistani pacer in his latest interview claimed that current all-format captain of Pakistan Babar Azam and Muhammad Rizwan who is also the vice-captain of the Pakistan test team are his favorite captains.
Babar Azam is the current captain of the Pakistan team and leads Pakistan in all formats of the game. Babar Azam is world’s most successful T20I captain, previously captained Karachi Kings in Pakistan Super League and now he is also the captain of the Peshawar Zalmi in the Pakistan Super League.
Muhammad Rizwan on the other hand captains Multan Sultans in the Pakistan Super League, Multan Sultans has played t36 matches under his captaincy and have won 24 out of those, Muhammad Rizwan lead Multan Sultans to three consecutive finals of the PSL since he has taken charge in 2021.
The host of the show asked Shaheen Shah Afridi, Who is your ideal captain? Shaheen Shah Afridi replied, ‘’ for me there are two current captains, Muhammad Rizwan and Babar Azam are the captains which are my ideal ‘’, Shaheen Shah Afridi replied to the question of his favorite captain.
In his interview, Shaheen Shah Afridi in the rapid fire round replied to a question that which player (Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Wasim Jnr) has the biggest girl fan following in Pakistan team, on which Shaheen Shah replied, ‘’ Babar Azam, obviously has the biggest fan base among all ‘’.
