PSL 2024 Schedule – Pakistan Super League 9 Stadiums List – PSL 2024 Draft
As we know Pakistan Super League is one of the top cricket leagues around the world and as expected the 8Th edition of the Pakistan Super League took place as scheduled to play this year in February – March.
As we know there are many leagues around the world taking place at the same time so PCB will try their best to find the best possible window for PSL so that it can take place without any issues related to the availability of players as well.
PSL 2024 SCHEDULE:
As per the media reports and tentative window announced by Pakistan Cricket Board – the next edition of the Pakistan Super League 2024 is expected to be scheduled a week or two before it’s normal window and if this happens PSL will be played in January – February 2024 but this is not finalized yet.
This decision is expected to be taken so that players can get enough time to take rest and get themselves back into action for the ICC World T20 2024 which is scheduled to take place in West Indies and USA. The dates will be officially disclosed next year before the start of the tournament for the convenience of players and their fitness for the next ICC events.
PSL 2024 DRAFT:
The draft for the next season of Pakistan Super League 2024 is expected to be a a month or two before the PSL 2024. The PSL 2024 Draft is expected to be scheduled in December as it happens every season of the PSL tournament.
PSL 2024 VENUES:
The venues for the next edition of Pakistan Super League 2024 will be announced when the schedule of PSL 2024 will be announced but as per reports we can conclude that there can be an addition of one or two more stadiums that will host matches for the next season of PSL.
PSL 2024 CONFIRMED VENUES:
The matches of the PSL 2024 that will be played on confirmed venues in upcoming year are as follows:
MULTAN STADIUM – MULTAN
GADAFFI STADIUM – LAHORE
NATIONAL STADIUM – KARACHI
RAWALPINDI STADIUM – RAWALPINDI
PSL 2024 EXPECTED VENUES:
There are two players that are still being renovated to host the matches of the Pakistan Super League and the two stadiums that will be seen in PSL after some time as they will be ready for PSL matches are as follows:
ARBAB NIAZ STADIUM – PESHAWAR
BUGTI STADIUM – QUETTA
ARBAB-NIAZ CRICKET STADIUM:
A stadium that is located in Peshawar which is also the home ground of Peshawar Zalmi, this stadium was expected to host matches of Pakistan Super League 2023 as well but couldn’t do so because that time the stadium was still under renovation and it wasn’t ready to host the biggest event of Pakistan Cricket but it is expected to be fully ready before PSL 2024.
BUGTI CRICKET STADIUM:
It is a stadium that is situated in Quetta, Bugti Stadium is considered as one of the most beautiful cricket stadiums in Pakistan and an exhibition match was also played between the teams of Babar Azam and Sarfaraz Ahmed on this ground before the start of the Pakistan Super League 2023 which was a success for fans and PCB but the board will take a call on this stadium and upcoming PSL matches after the clearance of all security concerns and after that we are set to play matches of PSL in Quetta.
- OUT OF 6 PSL TEAMS THAT PLAY IN PAKISTAN SUPER LEAGUE 4 TEAMS HAVE THEIR HOME GROUND FOR PAKISTAN SUPER LEAGUE BUT IF THINGS GO AHEAD AS PER PLANS WE MIGHT SEE THE REST OF THE 2 TEAMS WITH THEIR HOME GROUND AND FAN SUPPORT IN THE NEXT PSL EDITIONS.
