‘’ In the last six, eight months, Ahmedabad has produced some of the best batting pitches. One man who is gonna say ‘YES’ to the match [INDIA VS PAKISTAN] is Shubman Gill. He has scored a hundred literally every time he walked out to bat at Ahmedabad. He is gonna take the pitch, put it in his pocket and travel with that everywhere he goes ‘’, he added.

The top-order right-handed batsman, Shubman Gill has recently played one of his best IPL seasons on Indian pitches where he scored 809 runs in the season at an average of 59, especially on the pitches of Ahmedabad Stadium where he smashed every team he played against in the IPL playoffs.

Dinesh Karthik who was part of the last World Cup squad of the Indian team, while talking to the ICC digital channel, recalled his old memories of how good it felt like to be a part of the Indian team when they won against Pakistan in the 2022 T20 World Cup.

The last time when these two teams met, I was part of the team India in the last T20 World Cup and I don’t think I have smiled like that for a week after the game, That was the kind of impact it had and it took days to recover, so that is going to be a hell of a game ‘’, he concluded.
